What do you like best about Stampli?

The program is very easy to use. We are a large company with locations all over the US. When an invoice comes into our accounts payable they are able to send the invoice out to the local level to confirm the service was done and done to our satisfaction. Then move on to the other people to approve the costs and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

There are no real issues on my end. As a reviewer and approver, I find just seeing the complete invoice sometimes a little confusing, but it just takes a little moving around to review all the information I want to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit I have found is prior to my approval as a first level supervisor, the invoices would be approved, and the work was not done to my satisfaction. They would pay and the job was not done or done well. Now if I'm not happy, I can deny the invoice and have the biller come back and make the necessary changes before getting paid.
