I don’t dislike anything per se, but there are still minor gaps that need to be addressed for more complex projects—especially when it comes to cost elements and cost breakdown analysis. With stronger support in those areas, the product would feel much more complete. I believe Archlet stands out for its super user-friendly UI, the invaluable support from a dedicated customer success manager (unlike other purchasing suites where you might wait weeks for someone to call you back or even respond to a ticket), and its amazing performance with no interruptions. I believe that Archlet is growing very fast and will become one of the leading sourcing platforms in the coming years. That said, it still misses a few features compared to competitors, such as conditional questionnaires, supplier-specific column visibility, and a few more feedback options. I like the user interface, which is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though some training is necessary, and that's provided by the Archlet team, making it very user-friendly. I appreciate that we're in constant exchange with Archlet about what could be improved, and they regularly update certain capabilities if it fits in their roadmap. I also like the way you can analyze data, allowing you to slice and dice it in which way you want which is super helpful. And of course it is finding the optimal allocation within seconds. Sometimes it's difficult to navigate through a lot of scenarios. If you have a lot of restrictions to attach to a certain scenario, like above 100, 200, or 300 restrictions, it's difficult to navigate through, but Archlet is already working on improvements. It's also a bit time intensive to run simulations supporting negotiations. Checking scenarios like a 2% reduction effect is a bit time intensive and could be improved - but highlighting that this is our use case and a bit outside of the agreed Archlet scope of finding the optimal allocation. I appreciate that Archlet saves a lot of time and effort in creating tenders. I particularly liked that I could create an RFI in the shortest time. The overview it provides when sending RFI and RFQ is really practical, and the handling of the tool is not complicated. The fact that all information is collected in one tool and can be easily queried is a great advantage. Archlet also makes suggestions based on what is important and allows for individual adjustments, which was extremely helpful since we didn't have our own templates. I find Archlet extremely user-friendly which allows me to conduct more events simultaneously with the same resources. The AI-powered analysis significantly reduces the time required for evaluating scenarios, enhancing our ability to make data-driven decisions much faster. I appreciate the tool's efficiency in saving time by enabling the copying of previous events, ensuring that knowledge is not lost and that all events are centralized in one platform. The transparency Archlet offers for suppliers is highly valuable, where communication with them is streamlined through the tool. The approachable and eager customer support team adds a lot to the overall positive experience with Archlet. I notice how the simplicity of conducting multiple scenario analyses empowers us to deliver more savings rapidly. Testing the robustness of the tool, I also find that it enables cost-savings decisions with impressive speed and efficiency. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, indicating a seamless onboarding process. Archlet is a relatively new player, and currently lacks some capabilities and different e-auction types that could enhance its functionality. These features are anticipated to be in development. I’ve been using Archlet for the past year, and it has truly transformed how I work as a Category Manager. The tool is incredibly easy to use and stands out for how it leverages generative AI to automate many of the tactical tasks that typically take up so much of our time.

One thing I dislike is that for more complex tenders with many variables, the best price scenario analysis can get complicated and I’ve sometimes had to do it offline. Ability to manage simple & complex sourcing events through friendly user interface and leverage data with powerful analytics and scenario optimization to generate additional savings. The Increased agility in procurement processes. Implementation was a smooth process as it was a standalone tool, all that was required was the involvement of the DPO and IT, an IT review, Data protection agreement, MSA and the SSO set up. Archlets Customer support is fantastic, we are lucky we have Pietro who is as passionate about Archlet as the founders and the rest of the team and they all chip in to resolve any queries via email or through the chat functionality in the tool. I have received no complaints. The escalation is through Internal Super users first. If we can resolve it internally, we will. If we cannot, we escalate it to Archlet, depending on importance, either through the Chat directly with the CSM or Via email copying in the relevant people with the knowledge to answer.
