We have been using Stampli since 2019. Implementation took about an hour, and the group training was also an hour. The software is simple, yet it includes all the features you need, without complicated screens or unnecessary extra steps.

Customer service is A+++. Support is available through chat, email, and dedicated Customer Success Team Members, and they are always friendly and eager to help. Responses are usually within a minute, and you consistently get a resolution. If further research is needed, they follow up within a reasonable timeframe. The dollar amounts have to include a decimal, which adds extra keystrokes. On the multiple-location page, the drop-down menus populate and highlight what I’ve entered, but I still have to click and select the highlighted location or account code. On the first entry page, it will auto-populate whatever is highlighted, which saves me a keystroke. None of these are deal breakers!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
