The inability to use the same email for multiple suppliers created on the platform. In many cases one email is used for a company and its affiliates. I like how simple and intuitive the platform is, we frequently use it mainly for sourcing events, and the setup is quite quick, the templates are clean and it saves us a lot of back-and-fourth with suppliers. The transparency in eAuctions and the ability to track everything in one place make our sourcing process faster and more consistent. There is not much to dislike but some of the more advanced configuration options are not always intuitive, for straightforward sourcing events it works great, however when we need to setup more complex scenarios, we sometimes have to spend extra time navigating menus or checking with support.
