"Field Materials Revolutionized Our Procurement Process"
What do you like best about Field Materials?

Field Materials has streamlined our procurement process by engaging our field team members and eliminating the need for three different systems (SmartSheet, Outlook and Vista). It has also saved our Purchasing department countless hours because they are more efficient and can do everything they need to do within Field Materials.

The user interface is excellent and our Operations team love the fact that they can get a quick summary of actual vs budgeted costs on a single screen.

The inventory feature has also been well-received. Historically, we've done a poor job of tracking inventory so being able to do so has been a huge value-add for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Materials?

We were surprised that Field Materials does not sync materials receipts to Vista. It syncs POs well, but not material receipts. They are working with us to change that though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is very good. Dylan is always there when we need help and makes sure we're taken care of. The user interface is really friendly and easy to navigate, which makes a huge difference for our team. What really stands out is the traceability this tool provides. Field Materials helps us manage our material costs effectively. By using their Bill of Materials feature, we can input our job budgets and track them closely. When we order materials through the Bill of Materials, the pricing is readily available, making it easy to verify that the invoice matches the quoted price. What do you like best about Field Materials?

I find Field Materials really easy to use and appreciate how the information is organized in a way that's simple to navigate, especially between projects. Unlike Procore, where you have to go through many views, Field Materials conveniently keeps everything together. The view is easy to use, and the customer support is fast and nice, which I also like. The mobile app is very useful, especially for those working on-site, as it allows quick access to request materials directly from the field, which makes ordering easier. What do you like best about Field Materials?

Field Materials is an effective tool that has allowed us to successfully organize and manage our job material and equipment repair/maintenance parts and service purchases. With the ability to create orders using AI and apply packing slips and receipts to those orders, it is much easier for the office to make sure the correct materials/parts are ordered, delivered, invoiced, and then paid. And best of all, it integrates with our accounting software, so no double entry into accounting. It is effective and easy to use. We are well pleased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Materials?
