What do you like best about Zip?

I highly value the visibility and transparency it provides for our buyers and approvers throughout the process. The system is fairly easy to learn, and most objects are intuitive to use. Customer support is also incredible—I feel like an important customer, with attention and help coming from multiple areas of their organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zip?

The filtering options and reporting feel inconsistent and can be difficult to use at times. I often get completely different results depending on whether I’m looking at Performance, exporting the data, or reviewing the request details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a great tool for collecting all the necessary approvals and tracking each step in a non-merchandise purchase. As a result, we gain more leverage and visibility into our purchasing process, which helps us reduce risk and avoid costly mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
