They pitch themselves as critical software making procurement processes simpler; meanwhile, they are responsible for stalling more transactions between vendors and buyers than anyone. Their systems don't work. They will lose vendors money. They will delay purchases or buyers. Since, there are minimal outlets to share user experiences with prospective customers, consider this an honest and useful review to anyone biting on the JAGGAER sales pitch. What I liked about Jaggaer in my first encounter with this product was how much it was simplified in terms of dashboard display hence out-of-the-box it required minimum customization to get it started and because of that factor, it smoothened my procurement process and workflow.

Another feature that made me like this product was the consistency of software updates which is a feature that improved my experience with this product because in a short space of time most of my problems within this product including bugs and lags were solved through these updates. More so I liked that the developers have a platform that they use to listen to feedback from clients and use all that feedback to improve the product through updates.

I also liked that Jaggaer provided a communication platform between me and the suppliers which were very helpful in making sure I can revise any contracts with my suppliers or approve any proposals instantly. Using this feature improved my organisation image among suppliers because it promoted professionalism to be easily practised in terms of communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main disadvantage that became the push factor for our departure from using this product was the concern over the security of our data since this product relied on a third-party public cloud for data storage. The Jagger support availability and business understanding makes the problem resolution process a lot more simpler, there are some really talented support staff who understand the nuances of public procurement and Ontario Tender Portal's ("OTP") functionality and are always capable of filling the gap and addressing the challenge that we face in our day to day utilization of the portal.
