I find it great that when introducing multiple modules, they can communicate with each other and map end-to-end processes, which increases acceptance within the company. Jaggaer is significantly easier to use as an admin and super flexible in design, especially in the JD SRM and JI modules. JD SRM is helpful for supplier onboarding and offers a 360-degree view of suppliers. The JI module offers many customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? We often do not receive information about best practice approaches from the Professional Service, and the team also lacks an overview of new developments like JAI. Since we are both JD and JI customers, there is sometimes a lack of knowledge about the synchronization or connection of the two 'systems'. A regular exchange of JI with the JD specialists would be beneficial. Additionally, the initial setup was difficult because we had organizational restructurings and had to implement Jaggaer quickly. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which simplifies the procure-to-pay process. This reduces the learning curve for our users and stakeholders. The system’s customization and flexibility help us design workflows that cater to our organization’s specific needs. Jaggaer has also come a long way in customer support and training. Being a Jaggaer customer for over a decade has allowed us to see how Jaggaer has evolved as an organization and helped its customers be successful. Jaggaer provides a wide range of solutions for procurement and supply chain management. Jaggaer’s ability to seamlessly integrate with our existing systems and ERP is a major plus. If this question had been asked here before, I would have definitely pointed out the GCC team’s handling of tickets and requests. As a customer, I used to feel a huge gap between what I needed and how that should be communicated to the GCC team. However, after the last REV, as a Jaggaer Application Manager, I feel we have come a long way in handling customer queries and repuestos. What problems is Jaggaer solving and how is that benefiting you? We use the full Jaggaer suite: Shopping, Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Supplier Management. Jaggaer has helped us orchestrate our workflows and improve the overall shopping experience for our users. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? Ui/ux requires improvement to drive consistency accross the modules… need to be more intuitive Connect or make the data flow across modules. Example: there actions or doc that are captured in different modules but you can’t have all of them consolidated in actions or doc pure module. This limits effective collaboration and prioritization with the supplier… There are functionalities that are not enable for the supplier which limits the collaboration: doc creation, analytics, etc.,. This forces to manage data offline loosing the value that the platform can actually deliver. I like the people who accompany us on Jaggaer, they are professional and attentive, and therefore we have excellent feedback. We appreciate and use all the modules of Jaggaer. Certainly, a bit more speed in the release of some features would be needed, especially those that are of particular interest to us. We also have several issues regarding the world of public low. We have developed AI solutions in-house because our management was asking us to accelerate and we couldn't wait for the Jaggaer Roadmap. They pitch themselves as critical software making procurement processes simpler; meanwhile, they are responsible for stalling more transactions between vendors and buyers than anyone. Their systems don't work. They will lose vendors money. They will delay purchases or buyers. Since, there are minimal outlets to share user experiences with prospective customers, consider this an honest and useful review to anyone biting on the JAGGAER sales pitch. What I like most about Jaggaer is that it helps us harmonize and standardize our processes across all purchasing departments in a decentralized purchasing structure to create efficiency and satisfy suppliers with our way of working. The support functions rather poorly, as one is not taken seriously by the support. It would be better if the support staff took the concerns more seriously and tried to understand the relevance of the case and act accordingly. I like Jaggaer for its punchouts and cXML invoicing, which are really helpful. What do you dislike about Jaggaer? I have a few issues with Jaggaer. The Contracts functionality needs an easier method for uploading legacy contracts. It's also a bit of a hassle for suppliers to reset passwords or find their account email addresses. Plus, the mobile app really needs a major user interface upgrade. What I like most is that Jaggaer offers an end-to-end solution. That said, not all customers use every module, and integration with other tools isn’t always seamless. To complete a process—such as a supplier assessment—users have to click through too many steps. It would be helpful to add more quick links, widgets, and shortcuts so users can skip unnecessary steps and move through the workflow faster. The tool is also good for collecting data, but the output isn’t presented in a way that works well for leadership presentations. For instance, during a category strategy review, the results aren’t easy to package, share, or reuse in a presentation-ready format. Also, spend data is not well integrated across all the modules.
