"Keelvar Makes Strategic Sourcing Faster, Smoother, and More Defensible"

What do you like best about Keelvar?

Over the past 2 years, I have primarily used Sourcing Optimizer for RFI and RFQ events. Support and onboarding have been smooth and efficient.

Year 1, a Keelvar Consultant lead me through the launch and award rounds for an event, this was part of the “Managed Event” service. Additionally, the Keelvar Consultant was able to share real-world experiences that were valuable on-the-job lessons, especially for me, who does not have a background in Supply Chain and Procurement.

In Year 2, I was able to build off the prior year and run an RFI and RFQ incorporating the education and lessons learned from the Keelvar Consultant. This year’s event was launched quicker and smoother, allowing me a faster turnaround from event launch to bidder submissions.

The UI and UX are straightforward and one of the more intuitive business app experiences I’ve come across. Additionally, the documentation, Keelvarsity, and Zendeck support have been excellent tools for me to troubleshoot and solve myself prior to escalating any issues through the Keelvar Support Portal.

There have been zero performance issues and downtime while I have used this application and our SRMs share that suppliers “are really liking this tool” from their end too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keelvar?

The scenario visualization built-in the platform could use improvement. However, I build out dashboards in PowerBI from the excel downloads to present within Procurement, to Supply Chain leaders, and to bidders when our SRMs conduct in-person feedback. What problems is Keelvar solving and how is that benefiting you?

The scenario optimization tool is the core feature that streamlines that various slices we can present to leadership for final sourcing sign-off. Being able to write board various scenarios, build them in Keelvar, and evaluate trade-offs shows leaders that the procurement team has done our homework to present an optimized recommendation. Additionally, being able to quickly reconcile any differences across scenarios with the supply chain finance team has been able to focus conversations on analysis and strategy, and away from model assumptions and calculations.
