Some features (as for example the traffic light feedback system) can be set up via different places in the tool, which gets a little confusing over time. **What problems is Keelvar solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you are preparing to make your final award or setting targets, Keelvar provides a quick view of your sourcing options and their financial impact. Feels like there is still some way till it is the perfect tender solution. These checks can decrease the amount of work needed to deal with discrepancies as such. It also gives the ability to the bidders to realize how their data entry can be improved at the same moment. The self-service training option is great, and customer service is top-class. **What do you dislike about Keelvar?** No real downsides, but Keelvar is designed around logistics. I'm keen to see how it will deliver in the Directs procurement categories. **What problems is Keelvar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current solution is overly complicated, which results in the sourcing community becoming overly reliant on a small group of e-soucing experts, who are under pressure to serve a large team. Keelvar's ease of use allows us to train all of the sourcing community to become self-sufficient, and only leverage the e-sourcing experts on larger and more complex events. In addition, the automation within the tool allows us to manage our analysis within the tool, rather than on excel or power BI.
