What do you like best about Jaggaer?

I like the people who accompany us on Jaggaer, they are professional and attentive, and therefore we have excellent feedback. We appreciate and use all the modules of Jaggaer. On some modules, we have developed customizations that we would like to transform into product solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jaggaer?

Certainly, a bit more speed in the release of some features would be needed, especially those that are of particular interest to us. We also have several issues regarding the world of public low. We have developed AI solutions in-house because our management was asking us to accelerate and we couldn't wait for the Jaggaer Roadmap. We are waiting to see how it will evolve over time to understand if and what we can use, compared to the use cases shared with Jaggaer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
