I like the visibility that ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations provides across the procurement process. Being able to track a request through different stages and see approvals, purchasing activities, and supplier interactions helps me understand what is pending and where action is required. The workflow-driven approach is really good, creating consistency in handling procurement activities. The centralized workspace allows me to track procurement activities end-to-end, which is super beneficial. I think the main challenge is that the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process can involve many stakeholders, rules, and handoffs, which can make the experience quite complex. Users may sometimes need to move between different views or understand where a particular activity sits within the overall procurement cycle.
