I really like ServiceNow HR Service Delivery for its easy-to-use interface and simplicity, which makes it adaptable to pretty much any business domain. It's very beneficial because anyone new to the tool can get onboarded quickly. The integration capabilities with other applications like Jira, Confluence, or Slack make it easy to link with whatever the business domain is, be it retail or healthcare. The seamless linking ensures that the correct people are addressing issues raised via ServiceNow. Additionally, the bug fixes from the ServiceNow team are constant, which is something I appreciate. I like how ServiceNow HR Service Delivery streamlines and automates processes across the organization and helps centralize employee requests and HR workflows. The single portal where employees can track all HR-related queries and requests is really convenient. One of the best features for me is the employee self-service portal, where employees can easily get help related to HR queries. I appreciate having 24/7 access to the knowledge base and self-help resources. The automated case management significantly reduces the workload. I really like ServiceNow HR Service Delivery's user interface, which is very classy and elegant. It's not complicated at all, even for a new user, to understand how to create tickets, respond to existing tickets, or get added to the respective teams for visibility. The options for tracking tasks are great, as they show the current state of the ticket and the exact times when tickets are created or closed. With ServiceNow ticketing capability and HRSD capabilities we can provide the single system to user for IT or HR related queries. Most of the functionalities are inbuilt but we can customise the instance in our way. We can create the Catalog Request form in our way to create / update employees related data. Approvals process are automated accross the region. Easy to maintain and provide the smoother experience to HR manager. Use ServiceNow integration hub to connect with other HR systems. I appreciate the combination of transparency, structure, and automation that ServiceNow HR Service Delivery offers. The self-service portal is particularly helpful, as employees can find many answers themselves, download forms, or submit requests directly without having to search through internal documents. This significantly improves interaction with HR. I find the automated workflows excellent, as processes like onboarding, role changes, or contract updates run almost independently. Previously, we often had to track information or keep an eye on deadlines - now ServiceNow handles most of that automatically. The clear ticket tracking is also a big advantage. You can directly see the status of a request, who is responsible, and whether any documents are missing, which eliminates uncertainties for both HR and employees. I am impressed with how well ServiceNow integrates with other internal systems. These interfaces make it easier to avoid entering data multiple times and keep everything neatly connected. The user interface is complex and initially overwhelming for new employees, especially those outside of HR. Some functions are hard to find, and a certain amount of familiarization time is required. Configuration and customization can also be technical and cumbersome, often requiring specialized knowledge or external assistance. Performance occasionally suffers, especially when many users are active simultaneously or when larger data queries are conducted. Mobile usage could be made more intuitive, as mobile access is not as smooth as on the desktop.
