Intelogos is an AI-first workforce analytics and performance management platform built for organizations that want clear visibility into how work happens, without invasive monitoring. It turns everyday digital activity into standardized KPIs, explainable insights, and actionable recommendations for executives, managers, HR teams, operations leaders, and individual employees.
An AI agent at the center
Intelogos is built around an AI agent for performance. Users ask natural-language questions across an organization, a team, a project, or a single person, for example who needs support this week, where workflows are stalling, or whether any department is overstaffed, and get explainable answers in seconds, with the underlying data shown alongside. The AI does more than describe what happened: it drafts performance summaries and coaching notes, surfaces risks early, recommends specific actions, and automates routine reviews and check-ins. Routine workforce analysis that used to take hours can be partially or fully automated.
Six standardized KPIs everyone can trust
Intelogos replaces vague performance reports with six standardized indicators every stakeholder can reference: availability, activity, engagement, productivity, contribution, and an overall rating that combines them. Executives get a defensible top-down view of organizational performance. Managers get a fair frame for one-on-ones and coaching conversations. HR teams get objective data to support evaluations and burnout signals. Individual employees see their own KPIs transparently and can use the AI to understand and improve their own performance. Same numbers across every conversation.
Deep telemetry without invasive monitoring
Lightweight desktop and background agents collect tool, time, and workflow signals across hundreds of devices. Intelogos converts that telemetry into a Chronicle of how work actually flows: which tools are load-bearing, where focus breaks, where workflows stall, and where process redesign or workload rebalancing will move the numbers. Operations and people teams use this view to spot bottlenecks, reduce burnout risk, and continuously optimize how the organization gets work done. Importantly, the agents do not capture screenshots, log keystrokes, or store sensitive content. The platform sees what tools are used and how time is spent, never what is typed or shown on screen.
Who uses Intelogos
Team leads and managers use Intelogos to spot workload imbalance early, recognize top contributors fairly, and coach with real evidence instead of impression.
HR and People Ops teams use it to ground evaluations in objective data, support employees showing signs of burnout, and remove guesswork from talent decisions.
Executives use it to understand performance trends across the whole organization, allocate resources where they will have the most impact, and identify process bottlenecks before they become problems.
Operations and efficiency teams use it to uncover bottlenecks across tools, workflows, and teams, improve efficiency at scale, and adjust resourcing based on real data.
Individual employees benefit too: transparent KPIs they can see for themselves, an AI assistant that helps them understand their own work patterns, and an environment where measurement is fair rather than punitive.
