What problems is Avanti Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eventually, when we expand our use further into Time and Attendance, I will finally be eliminating paper timesheets and handling our complicated calculations of the averaging programs with ease. The payments to hourlies will be more "real-time", and the entitlements will be current and show pending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
