TCP allows employees to clock in/out then you can run reports.  Dashboard keeps up with anyone approaching or already at "overtime".  You can track your accruals with "rules" and you can manipulate to target your specific situation.  TCP keeps up with hours for sick/vacation/holiday, etc. TCP reports have numerous types of information for you to review and are printable or you can save to a file, this can include a regular work week (monday/friday) or can include the entire week to include saturday/sunday. You are able to create a workweek schedule.  The possibilities are endless, if you get stumped on how to set anything up, TCP support is amazing!

TCP is the best software to handle Shift work. There are many settings to fit any companies policies. It will automatically move workers from shift one to shift two if they work into a second shift. Will automatically give overtime to double shifts. There are many more options. Very user friendly.
