What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like how TimeClock Plus looks and feels so clean. It's not overwhelmed by trying to be everything for everything. It knows what its focus is, and does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

It would be nice if there was an option to allow us peons to receive an email a day after time-off has been taken to remind us to check the checkbox. As it stands, our supervisors get an email that we didn't check it (2 or 3 days later), but we don't get an email reminder that we need to check the box.....ever.... So, then the supervisor has to take time out of their day to contact us to remind us we didn't check the box yet; it seems the TCP system could've done the reminding for the supervisor. What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous system was very manual and physical with a clunky load punchcard system. The options TC+ offers allow us in a digital format to "punch" from nearly any on-site company device. There are also kiosks set up around all our campuses where you can swipe a badge for clocking in and out. It's the same badge we use for the Library and the print release stations as well as the doors, so it's nice to have a single card that integrates with all the systems. Thanks for the review! Glad TimeClock Plus feels clean and focused, and that one badge works across your campuses. An employee reminder after time off is a great idea — please have your administrators share it with TCP Support as an enhancement request.
