Streamline all HR Info and workflow , easy to use and understand. The platform is quit intuitive once you have used it a couple of times. I find the new employee entry very simple and quick. The report function is highly used on a daily basis and can easily be imported to excel for more functionality. It has dramaticlly increased my productivity in this area.
