It's so easy to track! Apply leaves it gets seen to Managers

I really like Factorial’s granular permission controls along with the timestamped audit logs. It’s great because I can specifically set what our HVAC technicians can see, like just their own safety certifications, while managers still have team access. The audit logs are really helpful, as they track every document interaction and make CCPA-CPRA reviews much easier. Plus, being able to export clean staff rosters quickly for our eNPS surveys with Netigate is a big plus. It also eliminated our need for messy spreadsheets and scattered HR files, centralizing everything in one secure spot and reducing the manual work needed for compliance checks.

I appreciate most about Factorial its self-service employee portal and built-in digital document management. During our seasonal hiring wave, new hires could sign contracts, upload required paperwork, and submit time-off requests independently, which cuts down repetitive administrative emails for our small HR team. The dashboard also gives us clear visibility over leave balances and employee status at a glance.
