What do you like best about Paylite HR?

I really appreciate how Paylite HR has centralized all our employee records, documents, attendance, and payroll into one organized system. Payroll processing is much faster, more accurate, and compliant with UAE requirements. The support team is understanding, and the system is reliable for everything from attendance to document management. Self-service features have reduced HR queries, and overall, the package has made our HR operations smooth and error-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylite HR?

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to make the workflow configuration module a little simpler. While it is very powerful and highly configurable, it does take some time to learn and get comfortable with. Making this module more user-friendly would be helpful for new users. What problems is Paylite HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Paylite, many HR activities were manual and time-consuming, most of the management was done on different systems and excel sheets. With Paylite, the employee information, attendance, leave, and payroll are being managed from a single system.
