Our restaurant was open, extended hours, and due to a shift in the programming. It caused some issues in labor analysis because close of day was set earlier than Our close Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HotSchedules?

Most helpful is ease of use! The program is intuitive, easy to use, and very user friendly for staff. I also love the effortless shift swap, approval, and roster features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm still working on figuring out the hours for employees as there seems to be a discrepancy, and I'm sure it's an easy fix that I haven't been able to dig into yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
