I like that with OneAdvanced Time and Attendance, I can easily clock in and out of my shift, manage travels between sites, and take lunch breaks. I also appreciate being able to book holidays directly on the app. It's helpful to check the approval status of my holidays and see what time I started work. This allows me to follow up with my manager if there's no update for a certain period. The initial setup was easy, and I find these features really valuable.
