The platform is easy to use, with processes that are mostly intuitive. I have been using Avanti with our company since 2016, and it has saved me a significant amount of time when processing new hires. Accessing employee information, reports, and metrics is straightforward, and support is consistently prompt. I am looking forward to exploring even more of its features in the future. **What do you dislike about Avanti Software?** I find it frustrating when the desktop version occasionally freezes. Fortunately, this issue is quite intermittent and typically resolves itself within about 30 minutes. I rely on the desktop application for specific features that I can't access in the cloud version. **What problems is Avanti Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform streamlines HR information, making it simple to access employee files and documents. Gathering employee metrics is straightforward thanks to the reporting features. With everything digital, there is no paperwork and fewer disputes about associates' hours. The implementation of this product occurred prior to my joining the company, but the manuals provided at that time are invaluable to this day. **What do you dislike about Avanti Software?** The advanced Report Designer requires a slightly steeper learning curve. Creating complex, custom reports and fully utilizing the system's advanced analytics functionality takes time and dedicated effort to master. Enhancing the user guidance within the reporting interface would further improve the system’s overall ease of use. **What problems is Avanti Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system has enabled us to create more automated processes, which directly results in reduced human error and significant time savings. The streamlined dashboards and guided workflows allow our team to focus more on strategic analysis and less on manual data entry. The integrated Time and Attendance module has created a highly streamlined payroll process, allowing for quick and accurate importing of time data directly into the payroll system. ### 3. This is so worth the effort... ...you're welcome :) **What problems is Avanti Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventually, when we expand our use further into Time and Attendance, I will finally be eliminating paper timesheets and handling our complicated calculations of the averaging programs with ease. The payments to hourlies will be more "real-time", and the entitlements will be current and show pending. ### 7. Payroll is so much quicker than with our previous software. Having the software process the rules is a great. It saves times and insures it's consistent thoughout the organization. ### 9. The reporting has given us a picture of where our costs really lie, and help us compare departments and divisions in a multi-dimensional look. ### 11. When you know how it works as well as I do, I can make it do more than the average user which makes it even better for my needs and makes the experience a very positive one. Being able to build the reports I need plus being able to have them send out on a schedule. Support is great when I need it. I love they take user suggestions and make them reality to make our experience better. **What do you dislike about Avanti Software?** Some of the tech is starting to fall behind some of the other big shiny providers, though for this price point it is quite robust and still I'm able to get what I need done and want most of the time f get it to a format to get there and I'm a big supporter. I love it's Canadian (Albertan) that started small to the company it is today and still have the personalized client feel. They really work hard to put out a great product and they do! **What problems is Avanti Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the tech can be a bit bumpy at times but can generally get to how to make it work based on the options we have. I'm saved from having to rely on someone else to run things and fix things when I can do it myself. I'm had fun customizing for site and giving them more access than they've ever had before. I get to be creative in how I build and sort the menus and offer other users a better experience than they have been used to. ### 12.
