The ease that it is for us to send them shifts and allowing them to decline or accept the shifts they will be working is the core of our business **What do you dislike about Nowsta?** They removed the nowsta pay application, it was nice to have . **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nowsta is just a great partner when it comes to time and attendance and keeping up with employee records ( cal outs and reviews) Nowsta is our main program for it all. ### 2. I love the easy reports and payroll features. **What do you dislike about Nowsta?** THERE'S TRULY NOTHING WE DISLIKE ABOUT NOWSTA. **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved the clocking in away from work with their mapping feature and we've seen a dramatic drop in clock out failures and even overtime, since the system alerts us. ### 4. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. I have been the Staffing Coordinator for DSquared Hospitality Company for almost 13 years and we have never been fully staffed so early for our events! And I don't have to rely on temporary staff as much anymore because we are staffed more efficiently. Thank you NOWSTA! Bonus - Nowsta's email newsletters are very informative and concise in the topics of labor laws, staffing trends, and other topics related to our industry. **What do you dislike about Nowsta?** Nothing major to report, overall it works very well! **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems of staff not being able to quickly and easily view and accept shifts have been solved. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible. ### 5. When I first started using it most of the functions I start looking for are already available. It tracks the timeline of shifts sent, and tracks each staff profile with callouts, pending shifts, etc. **What do you dislike about Nowsta?** A few minor glitches when entering shift details with AM/PM times. This happens when I create shifts and when entering time & attendance for payroll. **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can now track staff attendance rates, accept/decline rates of shifts, and their number of shifts worked. It's awesome! ### 8. The general formatting is easy to learn and utilize. **What do you dislike about Nowsta?** The mobile app needs more features and less duplicated information under the separate tabs. For instance, why can't a worker see their own schedule for that month, or see the other workers working particular shifts elsewhere in the building? I also dislike having to open a specific event from the calendar view before I can see the shifts and specific workers working the event. Plus, once I open an event, it's slow, and sluggish trying to get back the calendar view. And I can't easily compare two different events' information. **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping schedule student workers and keep track of who's working what. It also keeps track of their different positions and what other shifts they've already worked this week. ### 10. Can't see who sent the offer or when it was sent, when it was confirmed/declined, or the reason I removed someone off a shift. **What problems is Nowsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling soooooo many shifts at many many venues. ### 11.
