EToken Solution

E-Token Solution is a cloud-based digital queue management and patient flow management platform designed for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare organisations, and service businesses managing high visitor volumes. It helps organisations replace manual token systems, paper registers, and unstructured waiting processes with a centralized digital queue management solution. The platform enables staff to register patients or visitors, generate digital tokens, assign them to doctors, departments, counters, or service categories, and manage the complete visitor journey from registration to service completion. Real-time queue visibility helps staff monitor waiting patients, active services, and upcoming tokens while improving coordination between reception teams, doctors, and departments. E-Token Solution supports multi-location operations, allowing healthcare groups and service organisations to manage multiple branches, hospitals, clinics, or centres through a centralized administrative panel. Each location can maintain its own doctors, departments, counters, users, token configurations, and operational workflows while management teams get complete visibility across all locations. The platform allows organisations to capture patient and visitor information through configurable fields based on their operational requirements. Custom data fields help teams maintain accurate digital records without depending on separate registers or spreadsheets. Doctors and authorised users can access assigned queues through web interfaces or mobile applications. They can view waiting patients, call the next token, update service status, and manage visitor flow efficiently. Digital display integration allows patients to view live token updates, reducing confusion, crowding, and repeated enquiries at service counters. E-Token Solution provides detailed reports and analytics including location-wise, doctor-wise, department-wise, date-wise, and token-wise performance insights. Administrators can analyze visitor volumes, service efficiency, queue patterns, and operational performance through structured reports and export data for further analysis. Queaxis

Queaxis - AI-Powered Queue Management & Customer Journey Platform Queaxis® is an AI-powered Queue Management and Customer Journey Management platform developed by Aristo Star. Designed for organizations that manage high volumes of customers, visitors, or patients, Queaxis helps streamline customer flow, reduce waiting friction, automate service processes, and connect physical and digital touchpoints into one seamless journey. Developed in-house since 2006, Queaxis represents 20 years of continuous product development as of 2026. Over the years, the platform has evolved beyond traditional ticket-based queuing into an enterprise customer journey ecosystem combining intelligent queue management, appointments, virtual queuing, self-service, digital signage, analytics, customer communication, integrations, and feedback. Queaxis is built for customer-centric environments including healthcare, government, banking, telecom, retail, education, travel, logistics, and other service-driven industries. Intelligent Queue Management Queaxis enables organizations to manage customer flow from arrival through service completion. Businesses can organize queues, route customers to the appropriate service, manage priorities, monitor waiting times, and maintain real-time visibility across service locations. The platform supports different customer journeys, including walk-ins, appointments, priority customers, self-service, assisted check-in, virtual queues, and touchless experiences. Intelligent routing helps direct customers to the right service or counter based on configured workflows, helping organizations create more structured and efficient service environments. Virtual Queuing Queaxis extends the queue beyond the physical waiting area. Customers can join queues remotely, track their position, and receive service updates without remaining in a traditional waiting line. Through digital channels such as QR and WhatsApp-based experiences, customers can access queue services and receive relevant notifications as their turn approaches. This creates greater flexibility for customers while helping organizations manage crowded waiting areas and customer flow more effectively. Appointment Booking Appointment management can be integrated into the Queaxis customer journey, connecting scheduled visits with walk-in and queue operations. Customers can book services before arriving, while organizations can coordinate appointments, available capacity, walk-ins, and service demand within a more connected workflow. Appointment notifications and digital interactions can further support the journey from pre-arrival to service completion. Self-Service & Touchless Check-In Queaxis supports self-service and automated check-in experiences through kiosks and digital channels. Customers can select services, register or check in, receive queue information, and enter the appropriate service journey with minimal staff assistance. Organizations can combine self-service, touchless, assisted, and traditional check-in methods, allowing different locations and customer groups to follow the most suitable journey. Digital Signage Digital signage can work alongside Queaxis to provide customers with relevant information throughout their visit. Screens can display live queue updates, service information, directions, announcements, promotional content, and other dynamic communications. Connecting signage with queue information helps organizations create environments where customers remain informed about what is happening and where they need to go. Analytics & Insights Queaxis provides operational visibility into customer flow and service performance. Organizations can use dashboards and reporting to understand queue activity, waiting patterns, customer volumes, service demand, and operational performance. These insights can help management identify bottlenecks, evaluate service performance, understand demand patterns, and make more informed operational decisions. AI-Powered Customer Flow Queaxis incorporates intelligent capabilities into customer journey management, including smart routing, real-time analytics, and predictive wait-time functionality. Rather than applying the same journey to every visitor, organizations can configure workflows around different services, priorities, locations, and operational requirements. This helps businesses move from basic queue management toward more adaptive and data-driven customer flow management. Customer Feedback Queaxis can connect the service journey with post-service feedback. Organizations can collect customer feedback through multiple digital touchpoints, helping teams understand customer sentiment and identify opportunities to improve service experiences. Feedback can become part of the wider customer journey rather than an isolated process after service completion. Automated Customer Communication Queaxis supports digital communication throughout different stages of the customer journey. Customers can receive queue updates, notifications, reminders, and service information through supported digital channels. WhatsApp-oriented experiences can also allow customers to interact with queue services remotely, helping connect the physical service environment with channels customers already use. Enterprise Integrations Queaxis is designed to integrate with existing enterprise technology environments. Aristo Star states that Queaxis supports integration technologies including RESTful, SOAP, and HL7 connectors, enabling connections with systems such as ERP, CRM, HIS, appointment platforms, and other enterprise applications. This allows queue and customer journey information to become part of a broader technology ecosystem rather than operating as an isolated system. Healthcare & Patient Flow Healthcare is one of the major applications for Queaxis. Hospitals, clinics, and medical centers can use the platform to coordinate appointments, patient check-in, walk-ins, departmental queues, waiting, consultations, communication, and feedback. Healthcare workflows can support multiple departments and different patient priorities while helping teams maintain visibility into patient movement. When combined with appointment booking, self-service kiosks, digital signage, room displays, analytics, conversational AI, and feedback, Queaxis can support a connected healthcare journey from pre-arrival through post-service engagement. Flexible Deployment Queaxis supports different enterprise deployment requirements, including cloud and on-premise environments. This flexibility enables organizations to select an architecture that aligns with their infrastructure, security, operational, and data-residency requirements. Queaxis can therefore support individual service locations as well as organizations managing multiple branches or facilities. One Connected Customer Journey Queaxis is designed around a simple idea: customer experience should not be separated into disconnected systems. A journey can begin with an appointment or remote interaction, continue through arrival and check-in, move into a physical or virtual queue, progress through service, and finish with feedback. Queaxis brings these stages together through: Queue Management Virtual Queuing Appointment Booking Self-Service & Touchless Check-In Digital Signage Customer Feedback Analytics & Insights Automated Notifications Enterprise Integrations AI-powered customer flow capabilities For organizations operating complex customer-facing environments, Queaxis provides a unified platform for connecting people, services, channels, and operational information. 20 Years of Continuous Development Queaxis has been developed in-house by Aristo Star since 2006, representing 20 years of continuous product development in 2026. From traditional queue management to intelligent customer journey orchestration, the platform has continuously expanded to address changing expectations around digital access, self-service, automation, real-time information, analytics, integrations, and connected experiences. Queaxis helps organizations transform waiting into a smarter, more connected customer journey bringing together queue management, appointments, self-service, communication, analytics, feedback, and enterprise integrations within one scalable ecosystem.

QueueCare

QueueCare is a cloud queue management system built for clinics and medical centres. Reception works a live board that shows every patient in the building, in columns by doctor or room, and moves a patient to another doctor with one drag. Patients check in by scanning a QR code at the door (a web page, with no app to install) and follow their place in line on their own phone. Any TV or monitor with a browser becomes a waiting-room screen that calls the next patient by name and room, aloud, in Arabic or English. QueueCare also prints sequential ticket numbers at the desk or from a self-service kiosk, keeps walk-ins and appointments on one board, and gives reception and the doctors' rooms a team chat attached to the patient they are discussing. The day's analytics show the average wait, the busiest hours, patients who waited over an hour, and each doctor's average wait and consultation time. Arabic is native, not a translation layer: right-to-left layout, Arabic names, and Arabic on the screens and on printed tickets. QueueCare is built by a practising optometrist and runs in medical centres in Jordan and Palestine. Pricing is published: Pro is $179 a month billed yearly, or $199 a month billed quarterly, with every feature and screen included. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. A live demo opens a working clinic in one click, with no sign-up: https://queue.care/demo
