What do you like best about Wavetec?

The support team is excellent. Very fast responses and quick turnarounds with product requests and inquiries. For the most part they have been able to deliver a product that meets the needs for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wavetec?

Less than once a month we may lose a certain functionality of the product and I have to contact support. The issue is typically resolved that same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wavetec solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wavetec helps us manage our line and provides texts to our customers regarding the status of their position. We also are able to send a follow up survey after service has been delivered. The reporting analytics are very hepful and fit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
