Customers and staff members are thrilled to have a product that offers online appointments and a virtual ticketing system. Additionally, the ease of the system, including the dashboard and reporting mechanisms, has been awesome! The SMS notification system has also been a great help since the office has a smaller waiting area, and the customers and staff love it. I will be honest and admit that the self-install option was not optimal for our operations as we did not have the appropriate or available resources to deploy the systems as desired.
