**What do you like best about Engageware?**

easy to plop a link for people to schedule...however all calandar ap could probably do that

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

CONSTANTLY double and triple booking me, then appts don't show up in my calendar unless my lap top that I only travel with is on. Cant install on more than one device so no solution. I have given it 5 years.....tired of rescheduling people,

**Official Response from TimeTrade Marketing:**

> We’re really sorry to hear about the troubles you’re having with the iCal Connector.  Some customers prefer to use the downloaded connector on their computer which does require the computer to be running to sync appointments between Outlook/iCal and TimeTrade. 
 
Many customers use our cloud connector which doesn’t rely on a local computer to sync appointments. We can connect directly to Exchange/Office 365 and Google Calendar from the cloud which syncs all appointments instantly without needing a local application. Both Individual and Business edition do support our Google connector, however the Exchange and Office 365 connector are only available in Business and Business Plus editions. Customers have been very happy using our cloud connectors for their businesses to keep all TimeTrade and personal appointments in sync in real-time. If you need help connecting to Google or upgrading to our Business Edition to access Office365 and Exchange support, please email help@timetrade.com and they’ll get you up and running fast!

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

We used time trade to find our multiple locations and schedule appointments with different service departments within those locations. The map function on it is fairly easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The response time is terrible, the ability to schedule the appointment was often a broken link that would lead to a server error. 

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timetrade was supposed to make the ability for us to make appointments for our clients easy. There are many offices and on days they are closed it was nice to be able to schedule an appointment without having to wait until a day they are open.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

Relatively easy to use. Takes a while but customizable. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

Time Trade has serious flaws as a product and a company. The main reason people want a product like this is for sync–so that clients can go to the web, schedule appointments, and that’s it. Full sync doesn’t exist, however, at least for Calendar.app. I can’t delete appointments from Calendar and have them delete from TimeTrade. I have to GO TO THE TIMETRADE SITE to manage my own calendar. I pointed out that this is not “sync”–that “sync” means “sync” but got no support. When I asked for a partial refund as this was a feature advertised, I was told the agreement does not permit refunds. What kind of company gives customer responses like that? I’ll leave TimeTrade once my year is up. Do not buy this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

Look elsewhere.

The time saved has been almost completely lost in dealing with poor customer service.
