**What do you like best about Qminder?**

What I like most about Qminder is how seamlessly it streamlines our customer service operations. Its intuitive queue management system has significantly reduced customer wait times while improving the efficiency of our team. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has helped create a smoother, more organized experience for both our customers and staff. Overall, Qminder has had a positive impact on our daily operations and service quality.


**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

While Qminder has been a valuable tool for our team, there is still room for improvement. Occasionally, we experience minor glitches, and some customization options could be more flexible. That said, these issues are infrequent and have not had a significant impact on our daily operations. Overall, the benefits of using Qminder far outweigh these minor drawbacks.


**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder effectively addresses the challenges of queue management, eliminating long wait times and improving overall customer service efficiency. **What do you like best about Qminder?**

I actually like that there are added customizations and questions that can be added for Sign-in. It allows us to truly get a better picture of who we will serve prior to picking up the phone.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Right now, not that I can think of. I truly love that we can now edit information after service is completed and even send messages.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to organize and keep visitors in order. Also allows us to communicate with students and triage them via text message if need be.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

The new UI is very nice but I feel like I lost some power in filtering and sorting. It isn’t as user friendly as before as now it’s hard for me to figure out like what exactly is my service history especially 30 days.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I think fixing the filtering of the history of clients is a good start. It’s very hard to tweak the settings of the calendar to get the right timeline to see which student I helped in the past and by who.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder helps solve physical line problems outside our office front counter. Lines often cause congestion as too many people would be standing in front of the entrance or hallway, blocking other students or vistors from trying to get there way through. Qminder helps solve this issue as students and vistors can now sit in the waiting lobby instead of causing the room, entrance, or hallway from being congested.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I use Qminder for my job every day to check in and out of customers. It allows me to quickly and efficiently serve my customers in a timely manner, making the process of entering customer information quick and easy. I like how easy it is to navigate, and I can track my customers daily, weekly, or even monthly. The information I enter is saved and easy to access. I can go back to a specific date and see how I assisted a customer, and retrieve their information if I've forgotten it. It is very quick to pull up stored records. The setup and transfer were easy as I heard from my team, although I wasn't directly involved in the setup process. Overall, it's an efficient tool that helps me manage customer interactions smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Sometimes there is freezing up. Maybe the notifications—they seem to be lagging in the sound or ability to pop up on my desktop.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can quickly and efficiently serve my customers, making check-in and check-out smooth. Tracking customer info is easy, and it's retained and accessible. Navigation is straightforward, allowing me to refer back to past interactions easily.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I use Qminder for all Hertz Uber rentals to process incoming customers for their Uber rental needs. It eliminates the need to keep a paper form for who is here and what their Uber needs are. What I like most is how easy it is for both employees and customers to use. I value the ability to set up the prompts and questions that best suit our needs. We have used just about all the features, and we use the data insights to share with our team where we excelled and what areas we can improve on. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

{"An area of improvement for me would be having a notice sent out to the next person in line so they can be prepared for when their name is called.","I would like it to be able to direct people to the agent that could help them the fastest when certain options are selected."}

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qminder to process incoming customers for all their Hertz Uber rental needs. It eliminates the need to keep a paper form for who's here and what their Uber needs are. I use data insights to share with my team where we excelled and what we can improve on.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like that we can see the total wait time per student since they have signed in. I know that their is now an appointment feature that our office does not currently use as we utilize Qminder floor drop-ins only but this would be a nice feature to try in the future.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Above comment still exits, although you can minimize it there is another section in which this data can be found and do not think it is necessary in the main dashboard section on which we are calling and assigning students. 

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped in running data analysis if needed on a particualr day or week to see how many students we served. It helps us see the wait time for our students, and it helps us transfer a student to a different department ater we have served them instead of having the student log back in.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

The convenient reminder when a customer signs in, and it alerts me when they come in. Also, the insight data is very useful to keep track of monthly and yearly progress.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Only downside is sometimes there's no notification sound when someone signs in.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in the back rooms so I can't see who comes in the office. So, it's helpful in letting me know who comes in.

Helps Keep the people from fighting on who was there first and people jumping the line

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Wish i Had a better way to track repeat customers. So i know who keeps coming in to rewrite and ask for Vouchers

It helps keep the customer in line and be able to make sure customers are not waiting 8 hours to been seen cause other customers keep walking in

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

Qminder is always improving on the already great service they provide. Each change might seem minor on its own, but taken together, the updates add up to a strong program that’s become essential to our day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

As I’ve mentioned before, Qminder is excellent at self-improvement, so any issues that come up are addressed quickly and are usually fixed in the next update.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder is helpful for notifying me when guests are waiting in the lobby. Since I work in a large complex, it’s especially useful because I’m not always able to be at the front desk to assist customers right away.

Still easy to use and very few issues. I do use it less often now, and it still works for it's intended purpose.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Overall I do feel it is still a great product, I do not have tonuse it as often as I used to now though.

keeps our patients in order so we can efficiently manage their needs
