**What do you like best about Skiplino?**

Simplify the process of placing orders in the shop a lot.

**What do you dislike about Skiplino?**

There are moments when it freezes and needs to be restarted. It happens rarely, but there have been a few situations. Otherwise, I have nothing else to complain about.

**What problems is Skiplino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve maintaining the order of processing orders in the shop and proactive communication with users. Everyone knows when they are waiting and what they are waiting for. In this way, cover that communication gap and reduce potential frustration that arises when a queue forms.

**What do you like best about Skiplino?**

Though we had limited trial time to  run the software with the management and all staff to ascertain the solution proper which means not every key staff knows about the software which will be difficult for approval thereby the users who are supposed to give their feedback.

**What do you dislike about Skiplino?**

The trial period was not enough, only if we can get a 30days trial period this will garrantee all users to approve the software as well as the management approval to continue the solutions for subscription.

**What problems is Skiplino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having a huge patient flow in our hospital and we plan to use skiplino queue management software to manage the queue and minimise the waiting time of the patients.

**What do you like best about Skiplino?**

What I like most about Skiplino is how it makes handling queues easier for both staff and customers. People can join the line from their phones, so they don’t have to sit in a crowded waiting area, and they get notified when it’s their turn - no guessing or frustration. It cuts down on the chaos and keeps things running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Skiplino?**

The main downside of Skiplino is that it relies heavily on a stable internet connection. If the connection drops or slows down, it can disrupt the queue system and leave customers waiting without updates, which can be frustrating. Also, it’s not the cheapest option, so for smaller businesses, the price might feel a bit high for what it offers.

**What problems is Skiplino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skiplino solved key issues like long customer wait times by allowing customers to join queues virtually, keeping the waiting area less crowded. Real-time notifications reduced frustration, and analytics helped manage staffing during peak hours. Overall, it made operations smoother and improved customer satisfaction.
