What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What stands out most is how seamless it is for our users and customers. The UI is very responsive and consistently works without fail. The integrations feel endless, with APIs, AppClips, and kiosk displays. Onboarding was straightforward, and training our team was effortless. The cost is something we’re happy to pay for the ease of use it adds for both our customers and staff. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

If I had to dig deep, the only thing I could say is that I wish the analytics were a bit more in-depth. I’d also like a true test environment that’s completely separate from our production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a high-volume distribution company with about 3,000 walk-in customers each week. Waitwhile has helped us move away from the standard “wait in line” mentality by letting customers walk around our showroom while they wait, which often leads them to discover products they might not have noticed otherwise.
