QueueCare is a cloud queue management system built for clinics and medical centres.
Reception works a live board that shows every patient in the building, in columns by doctor or room, and moves a patient to another doctor with one drag. Patients check in by scanning a QR code at the door (a web page, with no app to install) and follow their place in line on their own phone. Any TV or monitor with a browser becomes a waiting-room screen that calls the next patient by name and room, aloud, in Arabic or English.
QueueCare also prints sequential ticket numbers at the desk or from a self-service kiosk, keeps walk-ins and appointments on one board, and gives reception and the doctors' rooms a team chat attached to the patient they are discussing. The day's analytics show the average wait, the busiest hours, patients who waited over an hour, and each doctor's average wait and consultation time.
Arabic is native, not a translation layer: right-to-left layout, Arabic names, and Arabic on the screens and on printed tickets. QueueCare is built by a practising optometrist and runs in medical centres in Jordan and Palestine.
