**What do you like best about Queaxis?**

As a CRM Business Analyst, I appreciate how Queaxis simplifies complex business workflows through its intuitive interface and robust automation features. The best part is its seamless integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, which drastically reduced our manual effort by nearly 40%. The reporting dashboard gives actionable insights, helping us reduce decision-making time. Their support team deserves special mention—they responded to a critical issue within 30 minutes and resolved it faster than our in-house SLA

**What do you dislike about Queaxis?**

While Queaxis excels in flexibility, the initial onboarding can feel slightly overwhelming for non-technical users. A more interactive onboarding walkthrough or AI assistant would go a long way. Also, the mobile interface, although functional, could benefit from better UI optimization for smaller screens—especially when monitoring live workflows or approvals.

**What problems is Queaxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**
