Qticket is a UX-driven customer flow management system for virtual queuing & online appointment booking. Qticket products are implemented on an existing technical base, thus automating, enhancing and modernizing users' current queue management and/ or booking systems without additional investment in hardware or employee training, providing their customers an opportunity to queue and/or book appointments remotely via any smart device. The end-user app is free of charge.

**What do you like best about Qticket?**

It gives the power to the user to buy any tickets from anywhere just by clicking on their app which makes the life easy and you can buy the tickets without any problem like crazy line for the tickets and so on...

**What do you dislike about Qticket?**

Till now everything is good but sometimes I get this "check your connection even when I had the good connection " and also they should make the app to work faster other than that all are good..

**What problems is Qticket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qticket has solved a lot of issues for all the users like:
We can avoid the crowd and can book the ticket from anywhere.
It is user friendly so I didn't faced too much issues to use this app.
We can book at anytime cause it's available 24*7.
Security is also there so you need not to worry about the money.
