**What do you like best about NextMe?**

The team was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the app. Once put into action, it was very simple to set up and use!

**What do you dislike about NextMe?**

It would be great if in the future, the app integrated a randomizer option!

Line control, safety, and fairness!

**What do you like best about NextMe?**

It's easy to use and fast. The guests are happy with it too!

**What do you dislike about NextMe?**

It's not integrated in with Toast, so we needed to move on.

**What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We became digital with our wait list and got to have details on customers what was nice to say hello when they returned!

**What do you like best about NextMe?**

I like being able to set up different queues for different areas of the business.

**What do you dislike about NextMe?**

Self-service booking isn’t available yet, but after speaking with our account rep, I was told it’s coming soon.

**What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a walk-up IT bar, and this will help us better serve end users when things get busy.

**What do you like best about NextMe?**

Great user experience with very helpful analytics. This app helps us efficiently notify potential customers by text when their table is ready as well as lets us dive deep into the numbers in order to make better decisions.  We're a small store so this helps us keep our store from being over crowded and provide a better experience for everyone.

**What do you dislike about NextMe?**

We're had very few problems with Next me and when we do they resolve them very quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering NextMe:**

Stop waiting! They have a bunch of qualifiers that help keep you organized and are constantly looking to improve their service and be ahead of the curve.

**What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to quote based on what we though was good information but using Next me we found that over a weekend, less than 2% of tables waited more than 1.5 hours  and of the tables that were quoted more then 1.5 hours we only retained a small percentage. Using this information we helped inform our hosts to make better estimates and retain more customers.

**What do you like best about NextMe?**

Love NextME simplicity and how quick it is to onboard your staff. The app is very slick and there is little to no training required to get started. Really helps us enhance our customers’ experience during dreaded wait times and also improves our customer retention rates.

**What do you dislike about NextMe?**

While they are working on this feature, they need a customer admin portal for us to access the marketing content we display to our guests while they wait for their service. At the moment, NextMe uploads all of our marketing content on our behalf with a 48 hour turn around time

**What problems is NextMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve significantly improved our online reviews around poor wait times and our guest rentention rates have increased by 23%
