We are achieving OPEN rates of 30-50% with reply rates of 5-10%. I want to keep contacting those who have OPENED my emails but who are not yet replying. How can I best sort these two lists to ensure I don't contact someone who' has both OPENED & REPLIED.
I'm looking to use Groove Scheduler for all of my future appointments, and for different stages through a students admissions process. I'm labeling the appointments accordingly, but I can't run Salesforce reports that show all the different appointments that a student has scheduled.
I currently have the scheduler set so that my availability is the same week in and week out - is it possible to change this so that I can have a more flexible availability?

If only one Lead is selected from a specific company is it possible to "build" a list of contacts before downloading instead of downloading only single leads.
I have a large inventory of available downloads and it will be a couple of months at least before I use them all. It would be nice if I could pause the downloads until I catch up.

At times I find several emails with email confidence lower than 70% (these are mostly catch-all or accept-all email domains) with security in place. I would like to know a foolproof way of validating these contacts before shooting e-mails.
