We are achieving OPEN rates of 30-50% with reply rates of 5-10%. I want to keep contacting those who have OPENED my emails but who are not yet replying. How can I best sort these two lists to ensure I don't contact someone who' has both OPENED & REPLIED.

How do you integrate with Salesforce? Can you get it to update salesforce with the bounces or bad email address?

Not for me specially, but I was wondering how and where Fullcontact was sourcing it's data. I was really surprised how far in my personal web history Fullcontact was able to go, and trace me down even with some obscur nicknames I once used. This really fascinated me.

We want to be more accurate with the companies we find in Gazelle, and for that would be perfect if Gazelle experts can teach us about that and how to communicate with the companies, since its very useful how the platform works, we want to end a good relationship with the companies we find there

If only one Lead is selected from a specific company is it possible to "build" a list of contacts before downloading instead of downloading only single leads.

I have a large inventory of available downloads and it will be a couple of months at least before I use them all. It would be nice if I could pause the downloads until I catch up.

I find that sometimes the contacts found through this service are not accurate and can mislead the salesperson in charge of reaching out to them.

At times I find several emails with email confidence lower than 70% (these are mostly catch-all or accept-all email domains) with security in place. I would like to know a foolproof way of validating these contacts before shooting e-mails.

There are plenty of business intelligence/account data tools in the marketplace. I'm curious as to how the data presented in Priority Engine/Tech Target is vetted and validated to ensure it is actionable; that it is connecting companies searching for solutions to sellers with solutions.

It's exclusive how the app generates the emails quickly but the concern is of the accuracy of the email addresses, though adapt shows that the email address is 90 per cent accurate, yet the data is wrong. This is quite time consuming.
