**What do you like best about FullContact?**

Using full contact Enrich API, we can get a better picture f a person using their email address. We can get a person's name, age, gender, city, country, job and a lot more details using the API. This data can be helpful in finding and qualifying leads.

The pricing model is complicated, and salespeople try harder to sell more extensive packages.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

The API is very easy to integrate,  is well documented and very stable. Asynchronous processing via webhooks increases the matching ratio, especially useful when the use case allows waiting some minutes for the response.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

We see a 50% matching rate, there is room for improvements there. We miss the batch endpoint we had in the v2. Some data from the Enrich API have too many fake positives, especially age, employment, and education. We miss a well-documented list of available profiles networks. Outdated data is expected in this kind of APIs but a timestamp about when each data point was updated is desirable to manage when to discard them.
A rate limit of 600 queries per min is very low if you are batch processing profiles.

**Recommendations to others considering FullContact:**

Integrate with webhooks, it will increase the matching rate opportunities. Email hashing as MD5 and SHA-256 are available, use it if your use case enforces you to protect the identity of the profiles to match, but take into account that hashing the emails will reduce the matching ration considerably.  A rate limit of 600 queries per min could be very low if you are batch processing profiles if that is your case to ensure to handle the rate limits properly by taking into account the X-Rate-Limit, X-Rate-Limit-Remaining, X-Rate-Limit-Reset response headers.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using FullContact APIs since 2014, first the Person API, now the Enrich API to enrich Twitter profiles and to match emails.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

Super easy, and includes all the functionnality I ever needed to be able to accomplish what we had in mind. Very solid content, and consistent too. Was actually surprised how much data FullContact could pump out. There were constant and stable results and gave us a lot of data to work with.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

Not much really. Pricing maybe ? We ended up capping the search results pretty quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering FullContact:**

Fullcontact provides a smart and easy way of fetching user data and help your enterprise give you enough data about your clients to help them in a very personalized way. We used this product at Cakemail to prepopulate a lot of information for our client, easing the in-boarding process, and suggesting them custom color themes, based on the logos and images associated to the domains and personal emails.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to get as much information on a person as possible based only on an email. The combination of company api and person api proved pivotal to our customization solution. The amount of given data seemed staggering to us. Really, giving us a whole history of past companies a person worked for and all, was astounding.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

We integrated into the FullContact API several years ago to build a product that adds photos to CRM contacts for our member businesses. We have had to do almost ZERO maintenance on this since it's come out. It meets our user's needs perfectly. 

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

Honestly, not a whole lot. We are a bit concerned that something will change. We keep an eye on our monthly billing. There really isn't anything we particularly dislike. SOMETIMES, one of our users will have a contact that we can't pull a photo in for and they are confused about why that doesn't come through. We haven't identified a trend or a significant problem with that yet though.

It was extremely easy to integrate for our simple business needs. 

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are helping our users add photos to their CRM. Our users are massage therapists and it's VERY important for them to get a quick photo visual via social media to help them plan their day and know what kind of customers they are dealing with.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

FullContact has an endpoint that you just provide an email address to and you get back a wealth of information on that person. It makes it super simple to get a holistic view of someones online persona without having to go to each social platform and do the work yourself.

Sometimes the data can be inaccurate or sparse but overall I have seen the data to be good and true. No service is perfect and you will have false positives but overall I would rate FullContact as trustworthy.

I have leveraged the FullContact services to the benefit of our clients so they can find new ways of reaching out to their interests where they prefer to communicate.

We've been using FullContact for nearly 2 years and it always provides a big "wow" moment for customers and prospects.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

There are sometimes privacy concerns brought up by our prospects.   They tend to wonder "how can all this data be so easily and quickly gathered in a privacy conscientious way?"

I don't think this is an issue that is easily resolved.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers can input minimal amounts of information about the users they are communicating with and our system "auto populates" the rest.  This saves them time (reach and input) and always amazes.

Follows standard authorization flows and API patterns, combined with the documentation it makes it easy to use. The data enrichment aspect is very nice, and I am always impressed by the data FullContact is able to return with minimal search points. Highly recommend it!

There isn't much I don't like about the API. Good insights and easy to use. If I come across something that is broken or I have a question, FullContact is happy to help.

We're able to use full contact to enrich our clients experience with their customers data to gain better insights. I've implemented FullContact into our systems as we've partnered with FullContact and whole experience has been good. I'd highly recommend FullContact to anyone, whether through our platform or by their own integration. The data FullContact is able to collect is top notch and very insightful.

The pricing models are a little wonky. I feel like the sales process beyond the actual packages/prices that they offer is overly sales-is. Being an engineer I'm not super excited about that process.

We generate sales leads for our clients quell retailers Nationwide. The full contact API allows us to further enrich lead data that we are sending to them on a daily basis. The more our sales associates know about a prospect the easier the sales process becomes.

The accuracy of the person's API. Unusable if it gets wrong. We have to validate before showing the result. Not so great coverage for people outside of the US.

Easy to get started and use, and affordably priced.  A critical piece of our infrastructure, and they've been reliable the entire way through.

While the match rate is competitive, you'll still need to be careful if the data is customer facing in any way, as the incorrect entries can be jarring (e.g., incorrect pictures, etc.).

When the data provided by the APIs is accurate, it’s great. Having a source where we can pull valuable data from just an email address or phone number has been very helpful for our clients. 

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

The data isn’t accurate as often as we need. We’ve had several cases (the number of which seem to be increasing) where the incorrect contact data would be pulled for an email, making our clients look bad when they reach out to someone with the wrong contact details. For the price FullContact charges, there should be nearly zero incorrect matches. There used to be a confidence percentage returned with results, but that was removed, and was now re-added with a premium price. Not an ideal implementation.

We were helping our clients learn more about their existing and potential customers. Finding full contact information, social networks, and job details. It is very useful for helping them learn more and making a connection based off of the results.

Support team is really well disciplined and relatively fast. They respond to our team's requests and usually nothing is lost in transit.

Nothing, they have been great. Sometimes the support replies are longer than usual, but they are usually right and positive.

FullContact allows our company to enrich contacts in our interface. It works well most of the time. Sometimes it registers the incorrect contact, but it is an easy email to their Support team to fix.

Full Contact API provides a path to develop greater insight into individual source development. The availability and scale of the platform work nicely across any demand we’ve had.

Match rates can be as low as 40% depending on list.

Using an email and/or a phone number, I can get some extra information about a Person on our site that helps provide a better experience to the user themselves as well us admins.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

The success rate of the Employment History add-on for the Person Enrich API is really low.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We are able to show a photo and some additional information about someone to a Lender who might not have met the person before. 
- A borrower can automatically get some details of where he/she has worked at to fill out a form on our site.

It was easy to set up/get started. We only need to have an email address or phone number to get more data, which works well for our call-center based contractors.

Sometimes the data results are mismatched which can be off putting if we contact a lead with the wrong information.

I loved the development and data updates, especially with the new person enrichment API of v2, it's really rich and valuable.

I'd love to have if they have person enrichment over his first name, last name, and address, but unfortunately they don't.

The data of their Person and companies are really rich and effect, easy to use and integrate and has a great variety, they also support social networks and avatars which is really awesome

Simple to implement, no contracts or any funny business.

Obscure pricing and long term contracts. Dashboard is very basic, often lacking information we need to make better decisions allocating resources and negotiating custom pricing.

The pricing model and the obtuse packaging of different data points.

FullContact is part of the data enrichment process have deployed to help non-profits discover more about their donors on the fly without having to go through messy batch processes or excel sheets. We’ve baked this into our platform as a first class concept.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

The one thing I rely on most for FullContact is to keep track of over one-thousand contacts. The mobile app allows me to within minutes upload a business card. Then I can add notes or other reminders so I can recall bits of a conversation with other professionals.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

The one thing I do not like about FullContact is it's slow reaction in eliminating duplicates in my contacts. I understand when you upload cards via the app it takes a few days to update. However I still find multiple entries for one person.

FullContact is an efficient software to maintain many contacts. Better than LinkedIn and Facebook.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My job requires me to work in the office, off-site, and across the state. Therefore I meet and collect numerous business cards. This software allows me to organize and function perfectly when looking for a business contact.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

FullContact provides a very simple to use API to fetch details about contacts you may have limited data about. We receive leads often with only an email address and/or a phone number, but using this data and FullContact's API we can get a better picture of the lead in most cases before we ever reach out to them.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

I wish there was some more flexibility in the pricing models that are offered. We have some months where we have thousands of requests and some months with very few (real estate follows seasons, and sometimes agents are more or less active, both in business and on the website specifically) and it would be nice if there was another lower tier that could be used, or a pay as you go style plan.

**Recommendations to others considering FullContact:**

This API is the best and most cost-effective I've seen when you want to gain insights into users based on basic data points such as phone number and email address, and the API is very simple to integrate. 

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FullContact to attempt to fetch details and social links about prospective leads in our Real Estate CRM software system. Using this data we can know a lot more about a lead before reaching out, such as if they are married, where they currently live, their interests, whether they have a family and so on.

There's a lot to like: bringing all contacts into one place, tag them, categorize, delete, and merge.

It's difficult to know where duplicates are formed. Sometimes contacts appear and disappear for no obvious reason.

I love how that Full Contact API integrated so easily with our CRM (Freshsales). It really help us in creating an efficent sales development process.

I don't think there is anything I dislike about the API integrations itself. However, in using the account via the dashboard we hit limitations under our paid account, which is why we have to implement/use the API instead.

**Recommendations to others considering FullContact:**

If you haven't tried it out and you're looking for ways to improve your prospecting and touch recipes, and you have a developer who can integrate the FullContact API with your CRM, you can go wrong. It very useful!

We're able to find direct contact details for sales prospects more easily and quickly, enabling us to scale our new client onboarding efforts, which will essential increase our ROI.

**What do you like best about FullContact?**

The ease-of-use of the program. The program functions correctly on all types of devices, there are no bugs.  When you have a mobile application it should function as it is supposed to, this may be very logical but is often forgotten.  The set-up is really easy. 
The great thing is that, when you scan, there is no waiting time, the scanning is done in the background. 

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

There is no more true off-the-shelve integration with Salesforce. Even though there is an integration through Zapier, I still think a true integration is required.  Even though the transcription is human aided, you still see errors. This is a pity, the transcription do not seem to learn-by-doing. The transcription capabilities of non-US addresses are not as correct as US transcriptions. In an international context, it is vital that all types of transcriptions are supported. 
Also, Chinese, Japanese and Russian characters are not supported, especially for our Russian  representatives, this is a big loss.

FullContact is a great application when you consider the teamaspect. 

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use FullContact for automated lead capturing at exhitions. In the past we noted down all information via manual contact forms on paper. These forms where sent to the internal service. There, somebody transcribed them manually. Now, we use FullContact to scan in the business cards at the fair, they are sent to Salesforce and linked to a campaign. In due time this campaign will appear automatically in Marketo and send the follow-up mail instantly.

The api is extremely easy to use. And the documentation is great. The support takes some time to reply, but after a while they really help when your need it.

**What do you dislike about FullContact?**

Doesn't find much information. It does help, but I find other solutions to find more info. Also, the contracts are sometimes hard to understand. I've heard they are changing their contract system, but as for right now its not very good.

**Recommendations to others considering FullContact:**

It works well although it may take some time to understand the api.

**What problems is FullContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to enrich our customer database. It does help doing that, although what might be the best thing to do is to do it manually if your customer gives that informationto you.

Couldn't use to to screen our international prospects since just a portion of them have data, but that seems to be an issue with all services in this field.

Accepting spreadsheet uploads to get data as well as the API would be nice.

Getting to know which prospects were our desired customer. It's helped us understand our customers better.
