# Is there a way to make changes to the scheduler on a weekly basis?

I currently have the scheduler set so that my availability is the same week in and week out - is it possible to change this so that I can have a more flexible availability?

Hi Alissa, beyond going into your calendar availability settings each week and directly editing your available hours there, the best way to change your availability on a weekly basis would be to mark times off on your calendar itself as busy if you don’t want meetings scheduled then. As the Groove scheduler will always reflect the availability on your actual calendar as well as what is set through Groove, this will make sure that week to week you can section off times you may not want to have meetings without having to edit the availability directly within Groove.

Based on my experience, each time you leverage the scheduler it pulls from real time calendar availability. At this point, I don't know of an auto run scheduler which will pull it each week. Each time you will manually have to add your slots of free time.
