# The accuracy of the emails are quite concerning.

It's exclusive how the app generates the emails quickly but the concern is of the accuracy of the email addresses, though adapt shows that the email address is 90 per cent accurate, yet the data is wrong. This is quite time consuming.

Hi Dakshayini, 

While we are constantly trying to improve our data quality with constant validations and improvements to our email finding algorithm, there are still instances where we are wrong.

In such cases, users can mark these contacts as invalid or send over a CSV file of the bounced contacts and can get back the views they had spent based on the email confidence score.
