# How to simplify managing the big bang re org

Company reorganization is seldom happened. But when it os happening, we have to really plan our time to re arrange our Org Structure. No last minutes request is acceptable. It is troublesome and require high focus.

Yes, keep everything simple using org structure in hierarchical way to simplify the re org. sub division also useful.
