# Can an employee update the W-4 after onboarding?

I have an existing employee who wants to change his W-4. He doesn't have a printer, or I would email him the document. Do I need to provide him a paper copy, or is there some way to do this in Ease?

Yes, they just go to the W4 section and update their data. Once they submit the updates, an administrator is informed that a change has been made and can view and print out the updated form.
