What do you like best about SmartTask?

Smarttask has been a lifesaver for me. I have been using Smarttask for a while now and I am really happy with it. It's so much easier than keeping track of everything in my head.

The app is very user-friendly, intuitive and has a simple interface that's uncluttered and a joy to use. It manages to be more powerful than anything else out there that's on the market when you have hundreds of tasks, projects, and you are coordinating among team members.

In fact, Smarttask is my favorite go-to tool when it comes to team management. In my experience, it's helped us be even more productive and efficient than before. I recommend Smarttask to any business looking for a way to organize their day-to-day activities and also keep track and dealing with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartTask?

The first impression is that Smarttask is a simple-looking tool, but there could be more to it. I was skeptical at first and thought of not proceeding with using it because of its plain-looking interface, which isn’t exactly visually appealing. But after spending some time on their website, I realized that they had all the features in place for my company's needs and there was no need to use any other task management software. What do you like best about SmartTask?

Smart Task UI was good, and simplified. When they entered the market, they gave an service and better pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartTask?

During the early stages, they have opted to sell lifetime deals to get customers but after couple of year, they complete shutdown the lifetime users and asking them to pay again. What do you like best about SmartTask?

I like how tasks are displayed for everyone to view. It really holds my team accountable when everyone has complete visibility to each other's tasks. Automated check-ins are great too. What do you dislike about SmartTask?

Not much to dislike honestly. I think this is a great product if you don't have Microsoft 365, or if you're working with a third-party that doesn't have it. But the thing you'd miss is the reporting. This is a very simple platform, but if you're trying to manage a project just with this, it isn't going to work well. It's great for tasks and getting things done. What do you like best about SmartTask?

- Smart Task offers great variety of common and most useful Project Management tools

- The pricing of Smart Task is very reasonable

- The Customer Support is absolutely fantastic - quick responses, friendly and professional approach, always ready to help ( I have personally had several instance where Dipali from Smart Task was very kind and super quick to answer all my queries )

- Extended features like Time & Budget Trackings as well as detailed Task Analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartTask?

- One of the suggestions for improvement would be the connectivity. The ST connectivity is great, but sometimes (ususally couple of times per month, I would say on average 1 to 3 times per month) the servers seem down and it takes some time to be able to reconnect (it ususally does not take long however, maybe 30 mins tops)

What do you like best about SmartTask?

SmartTask is the best, most user-friendly, and easy-to-use software to manage your entire work process. A huge number of features at a pocket-friendly cost. SmartTask improved my productivity, Team management, and work management. I am very happy with the entire team of SmartTask. Especially my little friend Ishaan and Abrez from sales for understanding my requirements and delivering to me what exactly I need. What do you like best about SmartTask?

I enjoy how versatile and user-definable the software is. The capability to define when tasks need to reoccur whilst also being able to define when reminders need to be sent out is a key feature that I really love in SmartTask. Smart task excels in being able to have tasks under tasks whilst keeping each task and sub-task separate so they can all have their own respective comments and details.

Smart Task also has an incredible team behind the software. Looking aside any timezone differences, their customer service is impeccable. Often I have mentioned features that have been listened to by the support staff and then implemented the next day. This is one of their best features because even if the software lacks in a certain area, it is fixed based on user feedback incredibly well. It also makes it easier to communicate considering the SmartTask team, unlike other organizations, is always happy to instead have a conversation with you over a call rather than back and forth in a messenger. I found this to be incredibly useful as a support member of SmartTask was able to directly walk me through an issue i was having in a fraction of the time that talking through a messenger would be. What do you dislike about SmartTask?

SmartTask although great software does have some downsides. The downsides of this software are though not comparable or significant enough to be worth not using this Software.

Firstly, I dislike the fact that all reminders are sent out to users on a SmartTask-defined template. I would love the ability to have access to the fluid data that you input with each task to then create your own HTML notification template in which you can display this data in whatever way you would like to. This I find to be restricted as I would love for notifications to be able to show different data for different tasks as sometimes in my usage a one fit all does not apply.

Secondly, this is not so much an issue but more of a personal preference for my own applicability, but when creating a task that reoccurs, it does not automatically reoccur after creation. For the task to be re-created in the future based on a reoccurrence variable, it must be marked as completed first. This means that we cannot plan a year ahead and always can only be 1 step ahead. If we were to create a task 1 year in the future it then would be 2 separate tasks. I have not communicated this dislike with the SmartTask support team yet, but I feel based on their previous actions that this may be solved by the time this review is live.

The last dislike I have that has also not been communicated is inside different project views. The maximum zoom-out for viewing tasks is by month. I would love to see a yearly view so i am able to see exactly when things need to be completed in the years ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartTask?

Smarttask was very useful for us as we handle multiple short-duration projects with a lot of tasks assigned to a number of staff/contractor.

It ensures that we do not miss any tasks as thats critical in our field.

More than anything what I was amazed was the support I received to setup and get smarttask running.

The live chat is a lifesaver when you are stuck and have a doubt about how to proceed.

Had sessions with Dipali who helped clear clarifications I had on some setup issues.

What do you like best about SmartTask?

The Best thing I like about smarttask is their features where we can integrate all our vendors, sales teams, project teams all at one place. Another good part is that we can make a cross connections between different projects. Their support is great and you can grab them for a quick call to sort your issue anytime.
