Sometimes, the log calculation is incorrect. Also, one cannot assign a task to multiple team members which is a major drawback. The first impression is that Smarttask is a simple-looking tool, but there could be more to it. I was skeptical at first and thought of not proceeding with using it because of its plain-looking interface, which isn’t exactly visually appealing. But after spending some time on their website, I realized that they had all the features in place for my company's needs and there was no need to use any other task management software.
