Our sales process used to be a bit all over the place before we tried out SmartTask. I love the CRM but I'm also a big fan of the analytics which are a necessity to track a sales process successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SmartTask has been an excellent investment for my agency. It replaced Slack. It is user-friendly, white-labeled, the UI is clean, and it comes with all the tools you need in one place to make it a must-have resource for project management or if you're running a business. I use it to build processes, keep the communication seamless between team members, and ensure we are all on the same page while managing client campaigns. In addition, you can track time and have virtual meetings. I don't leave reviews often, but this has been such a significant investment that I hope this can be a decision-maker for others.

Most importantly, the team is very responsive. The customer service is the best. For me, service can be a deal-breaker. I highly recommend SmartTask. (Note, I do not get anything for this review. It is 100% voluntary). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
