We have been looking for a good collaboration software for our company which can be customized according to our requirements. I am really happy with some of the features they bring to the table namely:

- Custom Fields

- Timeline

- Kanban board

- Custom Charts (This is pretty cool I tell you, you can form analytics simpler to what you do in excel). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a simple interface software, manages projects and tasks through an integrated communication and communication system that can be used by the entire work team, it has everything you need to manage your projects, assign tasks, notifications, reminders, reschedule tasks in case of some unforeseen, general view of the follow-up, establish instant communication with the rest of the team through a chat, the advantage over others is that it does not take much time to learn how to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smart Task is designed for people who need simple task lists (sometimes simpler = better). It's a lot like Asana in its simplicity. Great way to make sure you're getting stuff done without adding something complicated to your to-do list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
