Not really a feature of the tool it self but I really like the continuous work the developer team is putting in. I purchased rare promotional lifetime deal for this app several months ago, and since then they are continuously improving the app (I have seen several companies go silent or close the door for lifetime deal owners). Right now, my favorite feature would be the group call. I used to use slack for chat, skype for video calls and then a project management tool. StartTask can actually do all of those three. I would like a speedier response from the app. It is a little sluggish. But considering the number of functions under the hood, I guess thats common. Also, I would like to see more design improvements, like colors and material UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. SmartTask is fast and reliable. Tried it for two days and I haven’t found one bug.

3. The interface is clean and modern. Easy to find conversations, tasks.

4. I used to use Slack but SmartTask has does a better job for me than slack because For what it is, it suits my small team better than Slack. Conversations created around projects. Tasks are what's missing from Slack.

5. I have 2 codes and considering another code so that I can have Whitelable.

1. More customizations on the dashboard interface colors / the color design layout is kind of limited

currently as the main part of the UI is white, while the navigation menus on the left is a dark gray.

2. Wish the sale included multiple organizations / the current Appsumo sale is only for 1 organization. The Rebeliance sale only came with multiple organizations.

3. Wish they had their own invoicing solution like Plutio -What i would do to make this deal better? Include multiple organizations, purchasable in some fashion, like the older Rebeliance sale, even if we have to pay more than the $590 price point. Then I can consider reselling / renting out organizations with my PlugNPaid account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent reporting formats incl KanBan... time tracking .. reward karma points for employees to know they are doing well .. and priority setting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the overall app and the functionality it includes. It allows me to prevent myself from getting messy with my data all over the place.

One of my most daily used app for my work. The contact management, project portfolio, Multiple user group is what help keeps my work organized. The support is great as well and they listen to the user feedback and feature request.

The most helpful feature is that you can create different projects and manage those projects separately. You can also sort the tasks by priority, due date, project and assignee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In SmartTask we would like to have a recurring task feature like the task should be automatically created every Wednesday and Friday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how my teams collaborates effectively when carrying out tasks and projects assigned and delegated to them.Likewise it's more easier to track work done by my teams.Again its easy to manage tasks and projects efficiently using SmartTask.I like how this software is more readily available thus easy accessibility.Finally I like how this software integrates well with other software we uses like Dropbox,Mailchimp,Google Calender thus every workflows and processes is done more faster. The only challenge I find with this software is the fact that It requires good internet connectivity thus not possible to work with it while offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
