I purchased rare promotional lifetime deal for this app several months ago, and since then they are continuously improving the app (I have seen several companies go silent or close the door for lifetime deal owners). Right now, my favorite feature would be the group call. I used to use slack for chat, skype for video calls and then a project management tool. StartTask can actually do all of those three. **What do you dislike about SmartTask?** I would like a speedier response from the app. It is a little sluggish. But considering the number of functions under the hood, I guess thats common. Also, I would like to see more design improvements, like colors and material UI. **Recommendations to others considering SmartTask:** An excellent all in one solution not only for projects, but for the whole business. **What problems is SmartTask solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces a lot of app switching time. Combining a chat interface, a group call, project management and a crm, I can easily run most of my business from 1 dashboard. ### 3. SmartTask is fast and reliable. Tried it for two days and I haven’t found one bug. 2. The support is very friendly and relied quickly 3. The interface is clean and modern. Easy to find conversations, tasks. 4. I used to use Slack but SmartTask has does a better job for me than slack because For what it is, it suits my small team better than Slack. Conversations created around projects. Tasks are what's missing from Slack. 5. I have 2 codes and considering another code so that I can have Whitelable. 6. Happy to hear they are waiting to integrate Wave invoice. 7. Team publishes updates quite frequently 8. I like how much I am saving compared to my usual Slack monthly costs. Each user pays $6 for slack monthly to get access to group video meetings. Comes included with the SmartTask LTD sale. Up to 30 people but I haven’t tested that many people. **What do you dislike about SmartTask?** 1. More customizations on the dashboard interface colors / the color design layout is kind of limited currently as the main part of the UI is white, while the navigation menus on the left is a dark gray. 2. Wish the sale included multiple organizations / the current Appsumo sale is only for 1 organization. The Rebeliance sale only came with multiple organizations. 3. Wish they had their own invoicing solution like Plutio -What i would do to make this deal better? Include multiple organizations, purchasable in some fashion, like the older Rebeliance sale, even if we have to pay more than the $590 price point. Then I can consider reselling / renting out organizations with my PlugNPaid account **Recommendations to others considering SmartTask:** The tool packs a lot of functionality, and its not complicated at all to use Smarttask. Top it off it has DARKMODE. Give it a try i assure you, you will love it **What problems is SmartTask solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team publishes updates quite frequently I like how much I am saving compared to my usual Slack monthly costs.
