What do you like best about SmartTask?

The support is amazing. There is a live chat and there is always someone available to help. They are friendly and go out of their way to explain things and find solutions for your specific and unique needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartTask?

Timetracking is not available on mobile (yet). Sometimes the software does not log your changes on the server and you have to re-enter details to tasks, or sometimes entire tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartTask?

To be honest, Smarttask is really a tool that leads us to hire more people and to scale our digital products with seamless customer support and task management internally with all the employees across multiple departments. What do you like best about SmartTask?

Ease of use, simple user interface but powerful functionality to manage projects and your team. The support team is very reponsive and are open to product feature requests. When I had a question about the usage of the software I was offered a full product demo by Chandrak Bhatt one of the support team whom I found to be very patient, kind and knowledgable. What do you dislike about SmartTask?

There were two features I was used to on a previous project management tool I used I hope the team will introduce these soon. One is google calendar two-way integration and the other is whiteboard view of the project and addition of tasks throug the whiteboard which visually helps to see the project from a birds eye view. Powerful project management application with good features set. The flexibility of different views (board/kanban, list, timeline/gantt, etc.), tagging, attachments, comments, etc. make it very useful for a variety of purposes. The could be a stronger focus on specific user personas. I think their small team is trying to satisfy wishlists of features from different people rather than having a coherent vision. Their customer support is top-notch. They reply almost as soon as you are done with your question. They have website chat and they also provide free training and onboarding for customers.
