What do you dislike about GRIN?

Fairly frequent tech issues that sometimes take a while to resolve

Creator network stats are not updated once added to the system (profile images, # of followers)

Authenticating Meta accounts is a royal pain for creators. Not seeing the industry-wide requirement yet, as we were told would happen.

What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Grin has enabled us to gather all our creators in one place and keep their detailed information organized and sortable so we can find who we need for our campaigns. Our company has an abundance of interested creators, and searchability and organization was previously challenging. Activations creation and ability to personalize has been a game changer to be able to manage multiple campaigns at once. The ability to email multiple creators and personalize communication is very helpful. Now that our e-commerce platform is connected, adding our products and completing orders has been a breeze.
