From capturing content to tracking link clicks and conversions, GRIN is a one-stop-shop for all you need to manage an influencer marketing campaign. The team is very transparent about changes and are very open to customer feedback to improve the platform. **What do you dislike about GRIN?** As a long-time GRIN customer, there have been a lot of changes -- especially on the reporting side. But, to be fair, it is generally due to changes on the social networking side that are out of GRIN's control. The support team can be slow to respond, which is tough when some queries are pertaining to content that expires (i.e. IG Stories). The reports and metrics available for creators are the best. It helps us to choose influencers and feel good/strategic about my choices. In addition their chat support is prompt and solves all issues when submitted. I find the account management team replies very quick and makes us feel valued as a brand. I find it easy to onboard creators to campaigns, manage content and payments, and track the performance of the campaign. I like that you can do everything in the platform though I find myself still contacting influencers through my email and in spreadsheets. GRIN did provide a thorough onboarding with a lot of training and consistent customer support so they're helping me use the platform even better over time. **What do you dislike about GRIN?** The platform itself has some kinks it needs to work out since a lot of the different tools aren't very intuitive and you have to click on several different tabs just to do something. For example, if you're tracking content that has been submitted before you pay an influencer and see that their IG story didn't show as completed (even though you saw it went live which happens a lot), you can't click the "add content" tab there. You have to go back into the activation tab, open the activation, go to content, then add the content and manually add data for parts like TikTok. It's just odd that sometimes you have to go back several steps just to update something. Also, I have noticed an issue with content not showing up for at least a day which can delay things. Overall, this is the best platform I've found for managing paid influencer campaigns, but for the price, I'm surprised it has so many issues and lacks in the efficiency department.
