What do you like best about GRIN?

We love the fact that GRIN can manage so many different aspects of our influencer program: sample distribution, seasonal campaigns, email flow, partnerships, and reporting. And does all of them very well, even in our different territories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GRIN?

I'd really like the problem with currency on the payment page solved! We need to be able to pay creators in pounds sterling and can't do this yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GRIN?

GRIN is a great tool for researching influencers, with detailed and quick-to-load audience reports. Its Activations tool helps us and our creators keep track of their partnerships - in particular, I love that we're able to customize it per each creator's individual deliverables. It also helps us communicate with influencers efficiently through email templates. Its integration with Shopify makes it quick and simple to set up and run affiliate programs, while its content library helps manage assets efficiently. The UX is clean and straightforward, onboarding was fairly simple, and it's competitively priced within the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GRIN?

GRIN has some limitations around the number of audience reports you're able to pull, which can be challenging when you're conducting a big influencer search .It's currently not able to pull audience reports for TikTok, although I understand that feature is being added shortly.
