This has been an effortless website for my wife to run our rental properties from. It has an app and can be used to instant message tenants. Before we signed up for TenantCloud she had a time with a lot of what comes with property management, but after TenantCloud she's happy and nothing is too difficult. Tenants make payments through it and it reminds them when rent is due. It reminds my wife and I when leases need to be renewed soon too. It pretty much handles everything except the leaky pipe.
